Olivia Trigoso Unveils Her New Jewelry Line
The International Trends Collection

“Fashion Costume Jewelry is having a moment,” Olivia Trigoso told me last week at her design studio . The former runway model recently started the line with the import company,ITLTD USA. And all you jaded fashionistas should know that this is no flash in the pan pet project for the young model: “I didn’t want this to be one of those celebrity lines,” Olivia told me, in tone that suggested that she’s not a big fan of some VIP styles.

On budget-friendly prices and wearable, whimsical pieces including bracelets, necklaces and quirky charms . One of the stand-outs was a Delicate tennis bracelet, cut-out underside, set with round, and clear cubic zirconia crystals for $75. “Everyone wants to make a wish and have it come true,” Olivia said of the popular piece. (Considering our gloomy economy, no wonder their affordable, upbeat baubles do so well!)

Even so, Olivia couldn’t avoid all of the celebrity designer aspects: Her luxe-looking jewelry attracts a laundry list of A-list shoppers. Thinking of her pals , I couldn’t help but ask her if any of her celebrity friends have been rocking her jewelry.

And lastly, for all of you Slaves to Fashion—or maybe I should say Slaves to Accessories!—who are you planning on rocking costume jewelry at your next holiday bash, I scored a style tip from Olivia: she suggests mixing her bracelets with several others that you already own, for an eclectic look that’s uniquely yours (she was sporting at least a dozen on her wrist).

Can you share any other suggestions for stylish accessorizing this season?
